2019 SOUTHWICK MOTOCROSS | COMPLETE COVERAGE

The sands of Southwick greeted the racers of the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross tour as the series rolled into MX338 for round six of the National Championship tour, and as expected, the action was as good as it’s been all summer long. In the 250 class, Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki’s Adam Cianciarulo returned to the top step of the podium after having his win streak stopped last weekend by his arch-rival Justin Cooper, earning the overall win with 1-2 scores. In the premier 450 division, Red Bull KTM’s Marvin Musquin earned his second win in a row with 1-2 scores, turning in a masterful performance in the opening moto that carried him to a massive margin of victory. In the final race of the day, there was no denying Rockstar Energy Husqvarna’s Zach Osborne of his first-ever 450 National moto win, as he took control of the lead on lap one and absolutely disappeared from the pack.

Leaving Massachusetts, Kawasaki riders Cianciarulo and Tomac continue to hold the red plates that signify the series points leader.
