CHECK OUT THE LATEST 2021 SUPERCROSS RACE TEAM RIDER ROSTER NEWS & RUMORS

The 2021 race season is starting to take shape. With provisional schedules set to be announced next week, the AMA has released their official rider number list for the 2021 Monster Energy Supercross Series and 2021 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship. This is one of the most anticipated details of each offseason, as we’re all excited to see what riders are assigned in relation to their results from the combined point totals of SX and MX.

While there are plenty of major changes in the list, it’s interesting to see that no rider selected a new career number, including the newly-crowned National champions. Dylan Ferrandis and Zach Osborne were both eligible to select a new single-digit, thanks to their 450 MX and 250 MX titles, but both decided to stick with their respective 14 and 16. The amount of active riders with a permanent number has actually blocked off almost everything from three to 30, and the four riders that did secure low numbers are all in the 250 Class (Jett Lawrence – 18/Brandon Hartranft – 28/Christian Craig – 29/Jo Shimoda – 30).

If you want to be a super fan, compare it to last year’s numbers…
