After months of anticipation and preparation, the 2022 Monster Energy Supercross Championship kicked off with the 2022 Anaheim One Supercross, a welcome return to action and the birthplace of the discipline. Riders faced off against each other around a challenging track at Angels Stadium, a layout that most said was choppy, difficult to develop a rhythm on, and left little room for error. A handful of potential front-runners found this out the hard way during the Heat Races, LCQs, and Main Events for the 250 West Coast Region and 450 Class.
