CHECK OUT OUR COMPLETE COVERAGE OF THE 2022 ST. LOUIS SUPERCROSS

After a one-week break, the Monster Energy Supercross Championship is back in action with the 2022 St. Louis Supercross.

St. Louis has seen its share of memorable races since being added to the schedule in 1996, including the wildly popular Jeff Emig win over Jeremy McGrath at the inaugural event, a collision that sent Ryan Villopoto into the finish line structure and got Trey Canard a 250 title in 2008, one of the few Ryan Villopoto-Ryan Dungey take-outs in 2010, and Chad Reed’s blocks on Ryan Dungey in 2017. This weekend will be the 25th time the gate has dropped in the gateway to the west.

The Dome At America’s Center is a football stadium, but this one seems bigger than some of the others and the floor space gave Dirt Wurx a chance build a beast of a track. The layout includes a technical rhythm section that’ll encourage guys to go for big air, the over-under bridge, a deep sand turn, small jumps into and out of a tight corner, and a field of 13 whoops, all made with what riders say is the best dirt on the circuit.
