2024 ANAHEIM TWO SUPERCROSS | COMPLETE COVERAGE

Riders and teams have returned to Angel Stadium for the 2024 Anaheim Two Supercross, the fourth round in the Monster Energy Supercross Championship. The month in California has been an exciting start way to the season, and today’s addition of the Triple Crown format will make the last race in the Golden State even better. Check out what happened on Friday in Orange County, presented by Yamalube.

The biggest thing to note going into race day are the layout changes and the weather. Heavy rain on Monday added to the work list for Dirt Wurx and the operations crew, and even after a wet dirt-dry dirt swap, certain sections of the floor were still too soft for the heavy equipment. The series decided to remove the over-under bridge from the track, a change that re-routes the whoops and rhythm lanes in right field.

The weather since has been warm and sunny, and as you’ll see in the footage, riders will face a track that is dry and slick in some spots, but soft and rutted in others. Saturday’s high is forecasted to be around 80 degrees, with cloud cover coming in mid-afternoon and a drop to the high 60s during the night show.

Here’s a rundown of the Triple Crown format. Riders will get the usual Free Practice and two Timed Qualifying Sessions, with the top-18 in overall times earning gates in the night show for the 450 Class and the 250 West Region. The rest will duke it out for the final four spots in the LCQs, five-minute plus one lap races that will take place in the afternoon.

Opening ceremonies will kick off at 5PM Pacific time, and the first gate drop is scheduled for 5:36. The race durations for all three races will be the same, with the 250 West Region going for 10 minutes plus a lap and the 450 Class going for 12 minutes plus one lap. A rider’s combined finishes through all three motos determines their overall, and in this case, the lower the number the better.

The amount of effort that you put into it was very impressive to observe. However, despite the fact that the layout is appealing and the wording is elegant, it appears that you are having difficulty with it. It is my opinion that you should make an effort to send the subsequent article. In the event that you do not safeguard this hike, I will most certainly return for more of the same.
