For the first time since 1980, the 2024 Monster Energy Supercross Championship is back in Pennsylvania, as round fifteen is officially underway in Philadelphia. This morning’s timed qualifying sessions just wrapped up on the fast, technical course inside Lincoln Financial Field. Just hundredths of a second split the front-runners in both the 250SX East and 450SX classes. Here’s a look at the fastest qualifiers and some information on how their qualifying sessions went in Philadelphia!

Hunter Lawrence has continued to improve throughout the season and he topped the charts in Philadelphia’s 450SX timed-qualifying. The Team Honda HRC rider laid down a blistering fast 51.475 on his final lap of practice, which rocketed his name to the top of the leaderboards and ultimately rewarded him with his first fastest qualifier of his 450SX career.

As usual, Cooper Webb looked speedy in timed qualifying. The Monster Energy/Star Racing/Yamaha racer was the fastest rider for a majority of the final session. Ultimately, Cooper’s 51.546 was the second best lap time of the 450SX class.

Monster Energy/Star Racing/Yamaha teammate Justin Cooper was just behind Webb on the leaderboards, as he turned in a 51.616 late in the final session of timed-qualifying to advance up the time sheets and ultimately claim third place.

Max Anstie was looking his normal self in Pennsylvania, as he topped the charts in 250SX timed-qualifying and was the fastest qualifier again this season. The Firepower Honda rider laid down a 52.770 late in the final session of riding to claim the top spot on the leaderboards.

Local boy Seth Hammaker is back in action after taking a weekend off following a rough Foxborough. Seth held the fastest lap time for a majority of the morning, but ultimately landed in second place with his 52.922.

Current 250SX East Championship points leader and red plate holder Tom Vialle landed in third place on the time sheets. The RedBull KTM Factory Racing rider laid down a 53.062 in the final session to out qualify his championship rival.
