AMSOIL Swapmoto Race Report | Fall Classic at Milestone MX Park
AMSOIL Fall Classic Race Series | Round Two | Milestone MX Park
The 2019 AMSOIL Swapmoto Fall Classic series is well underway, as we hit Milestone MX Park for the second round of the series, this past weekend. Hundreds of racers filtered through the gates of the Riverside, California facility for an exciting day at the races. The track crew prepped the two courses to perfection and managed to keep the dust down, despite some dry and windy conditions, which provided for some excellent battles. Eager racers, enthusiastic spectators, and sunny weather; we couldn’t think of a better way to spend the weekend than at the second round of the 2019 AMSOIL Fall Classic series!
Amsoil Factory Connections Honda’s very own Hunter Yoder made an appearance at round two of the Fall Classic and he wasn’t alone, as his dad brought out a bike and did some racing as well. While J Yoder contested in the 250cc Nov 30+ class, Hunter lined his AMSOIL Honda up against the rest of the field in the Intermediate 250F and Open non-pro classes. Post-gate-drop, it didn’t seem like the rest of the class even had a chance against Hunter, as he immediately took the front and began to check out effortlessly. As the dust settled, Hunter Yoder left Milestone MX Park having dominated every Moto he lined up in.
All the fast youngsters were out at round two of the AMSOIL Fall Classic! KTM Orange Brigade’s Joshua Varize made his pro class debut at Milestone MX Park, and did so in a dominating fashion. The KTM rider lined up in both a stacked Pro Open (125-450) class and Pro 250F class. However, despite the talented field, Varize managed to dominate in both classes. Even when the start didn’t go his way, the Orange Brigade rider charged to the front and secured the win in each of his motos. With four out of four races won, I think we can say that Joshua Varize’s pro-class debut was a success.
