Things are slowly but surely coming together for Broc Tickle’s return to racing on February 15 at the Tampa Supercross. The former Western Regional Supercross Champion’s effort will be officially known as TiLube/AEO Powersports/BT20 Racing, and Tickle will race a 2020 Husqvarna FC 450 built by Jamie Elllis at Twisted Development Racing. Ellis is highly regarded for his engine building and ignition programming prowess, as he has built race machines for many of the sport’s top-level racers. AEO Powersports’ in-house suspension specialists – Research Engineering Performance – is handling the tuning on the WP Cone Valve and Trax Shock, and Tickle has rounded out the machine with an FMF Racing exhaust, Dubya USA wheels, Renthal bars, SKDA Graphics, and more.
We saw Tickle in action yesterday at the Troy Lee Designs/KTM Supercross track and he looks ready to race, right now. How do you think he’ll do at Tampa and beyond? Comment below!
I believe Broc is the most underrated and undervalued rider in the field right now. I have followed his career closely and he was looking at breaking out of the top 5 in results. No one in the industry acknowledged if it wasn’t for Broc Tickle most likely Copper Webb wouldn’t have a championship last year… and I know with the level Broc was at he knows that could’ve been him. With his consistency and top 10 results every race I expect to see him in the top 5 first race back.
I’ve known Broc for a long time, we built his amateur bikes he rode at Lorettas in ‘06. What happened to him was complete BS but i have 100% faith in Broc, his motivation, determination, and drive!!!! CANT WAIT to see ya back out there bud!!!! Will be there in Tampa!!!!
