Chase Sexton and Team Honda HRC have announced that the newly crowned Supercross champion will miss this weekend’s Hangtown round of the Pro Motocross Championship, and likely more of the summer series following a crash on Tuesday.
The incident happened at Fox Raceway during a multi-team test, and according to Honda’s press release, included an impact to the head. A doctor’s visit soon after confirmed both a concussion and a positive case of mono.
