Checking In With Marvin Musquin

We haven’t heard much from Marvin Musquin since his opening lap crash in the final moto of the 2019 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship. The Red Bull KTM rider already had a trip to his native France planned in the offseason and unfortunately, the time at home was filled by check-ups with doctors and therapy sessions on his tweaked knee. Not all was bad for Musquin, though, as the injury did not necessitate surgery and he was able to walk down the aisle with wife Mathilde in front of their families in a wedding ceremony.

At KTM’s 2020 team introduction last week, we had the chance to check in with Musquin about the status of his leg, if there’s a timeline in place for him to resume riding (he’s out for the Monster Energy Cup), the two-year contract extension with the team, and how important the upcoming race season will be for his career.
