2020 was an eventful, successful year for Dylan Ferrandis. The Frenchman felt the full fury of fans early in the Monster Energy Supercross season after a run-in with Christian Craig, but turned it into motivation for multiple Main Events wins and a second-straight 250 West Coast title. That confidence carried into the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship and helped in his summer-long battle against Jeremy Martin that went down to the very last moto and ended with Ferrandis crowned as the new National champion.

Ferrandis cemented his status as one of the best small-bore riders of the modern era over the last few years, and with multiple wins and three titles to his credit, it’s time for the next stage of his professional career. He will step up to the 450 Class in 2021 with Monster Energy/Star Racing/Yamaha (the only team he’s raced for in the US) and is expected to be a front-runner in his rookie season.

What does Ferrandis think about 2020 and what awaits in 2021? He discussed all of the accomplishments and new excitement in a video project with Bell Helmets and Tom Journet.
