Fox Backyard Invitational Pit Bike and Pump Track Challenge This Thursday

The crew at Fox Racing always do things right and when it comes time to welcome the new season of racing that kicks off this weekend in Anaheim, they may just outdo themselves this Thursday at the Irvine, California, headquarters. Every party we’ve attended at the Fox HQ has been one to remember, but this year’s event will also include two exciting races! We stopped by the offices yesterday today hello and were greeted with a crew of track builders with heavy machinery out in back of the Fox offices.

Both the pitbike track and bicycle pump track are being completely rebuilt for Thursday’s 4:00 p.m. shindig, and with the recent precipitation in SoCal, the dirt is in prime condition for some sculpting!

Here’s where things get interesting: two full fields of pit bike and pump track riders have been invited to compete for a combined $20,000 purse! That’s right: there’s $10,000 up for grabs for the pump track challenge and $10,000 up for grabs in the pit bike race!
