Life on Two Wheels Vlog | Riding Season is Back!

It’s crazy how long it can take to bounce back from an injury. In my case, I broke a bone in my hand last October and had to have surgery and a cast…didn’t start riding again until mid-December. Maybe a lot of it has to do with my advanced age, but it has taken me a solid five months to feel confident on the bike or motorcycle again. But now that I’m comfortable…it’s on! Lots of riding in this installment, and just for Dirt Shaker: Frappy Mike is back!
That guy with the BNB(?) stem was cool, especially when I heard what fork he used to use. I’ve been mountain biking since 1983 and he is one of the old time spirit animals. I’ve ridden and owned about every type. My current rides are Niner RDO hardtail with Niner’s RDO carbon rigid fork, it’s a blast to ride. I have a Litespeed Gravel bike, fun as hell too. I’ve never ridden one of those BNBs but I have heard people say that once you get past the riding adjustment and the look you can haul ass on downhills and technical areas too.
