When your dad is former Supercross star Ryan Morais and your uncle is rally hero Andrew Short, you’re kind of expected to race mini motocross, right? Well, not according to nine-year-old Krue Morais. “Dirt bike racing isn’t that important right now, but I came to the Mini Major to see where I am at compared to other kids,” he told us. “I’ll make up my mind later about how seriously I want to take racing.” Amongst hundreds of kids who are determined to become the next Jeremy McGrath, it was refreshing to chat with young Krue and hear his level-headed take on dirt bikes and how they fit into his life!
