Ryan Breece had good reason to sit out the second round of the 2020 Monster Energy Supercross Series: he had a championship to win in Europe. Like many journeyman racers in the sport, Breece has a tie to teams in Germany’s ADAC Supercross series and he had spent the last part of 2019 in the top spot of the point standings. The last round of the ADAC Supercross series in Dortmund overlapped with St. Louis and HEP Motorsports Suzuki, Breece’s US team, gave him the weekend off to clinch his title.
Breece is now back in the United States and ready to contend the remainder of the Monster Energy Supercross Series in the 450 class. On the cusp of making the Main Event at Anaheim One, Breece says he will carry the confidence from his title into the US scene.
