AMSOIL Fall Classic Triple Crown | Round Three | Glen Helen Raceway

And that’s a wrap! The 2020 AMSOIL Swapmoto race series has officially come to an end, as the last round of the Fall Classic Triple Crown and the 2020 season took place last weekend at Glen Helen Raceway. Nearly 800 racers filtered through the gates of the San Bernardino facility for one final day of racing in 2020. It was a brisk winter day at Glen Helen raceway and with two perfectly prepped tracks, the Triple Crown series finale was set to be one for the books.

The School Boy (125/250F) class was full of talent at the series finale. However, Brock Bennett clearly had the upper-hand on the rest of the class, as he checked out in both of the motos and cruised to two dominating race wins. Though, Brock’s winning streak didn’t end there, as the ripper out of Bakersfield, CA lined up in the Intermediate 250F class and did some more damage aboard his number-211 Husqvarna. At the end of the day, Brock left Glen Helen having earned four individual moto wins and two class victories.

The Open 85-150F/Supermini class has been one of the most exciting classes throughout the entire Triple Crown series. And when racing came to Glen Helen Raceway for the series finale, 24 youngsters lined up in the supermini class for two motos of battles. With such a stacked field, every single position mattered when it came to tallying up the overall scores. At the end of the day, Dane Morales took home the overall class victory after his win in the second moto and solid third place finish in the first moto. Way to stay in it, Dane!

Sunday’s race was the 2020 AMSOIL Swapmoto race series finale, which means it was time to giveaway the brand new 2021 Yamaha YZ250F! Cole Kline drew the lucky envelope with the winning message and was awarded the brand new blue machine. Congrats, Cole!
