SX Futures Race One

Factory Connection Honda’s Jett Lawrence snagged the holeshot and the early lead, but Ryder Floyd made an early pass and quickly got into the first place position. He would lead the group for a lap until Jett Lawrence grabbed an extra gear, hucked a triple, and made the pass back into the lead. Ryder Floyd settled into second place, a few seconds ahead of Brock Papi in third. However, Rockstar Energy Husqvarna’s Jalek Swoll began to made moves and close-in on the top-three. With just a few laps left, Floyd drifted too far inside and laid the bike over, giving away second place to Brock Papi. Jett would finish the race up front and put together a nearly flawless race.

SX Futures Race Two

Yet again, GEICO Honda’s Jett Lawrence shot out of the gate but swept too far outside, which allowed Jalek Swoll to sneak through the inside and grab the early lead. After just one lap, the top-two already had seconds on the rest of the field. After a few laps, Jett Lawrence held the throttle on entering a corner and took away the line and lead from Swoll. Meanwhile, Papi and Floyd battled it out for third place. Swoll stayed close, but was unable to counter and regain the lead. And like that, Jett Lawrence dominates his first-ever supercross race and takes home the 250 Futures overall win.
