Last weekend’s AMSOIL Fall Classic Series opener saw over 600 racers show up to do battle at Perris Raceway, and amongst them was SoCal transplant Mike Gomes, who has been a regular at our series for a few years now. Originally from Arizona, Gomes is a former local pro who picked up racing again at the suggestion of his wife. How cool is that?
