Safety is often overlooked in motocross, especially in the growing category of beginners in our sport. Just think about it, how often do you see riders on 10-thousand dollar bikes wearing dated helmets well past their effective period? Because of this issue, we’ve partnered with Z1R helmets to give back to our sport. Z1R provided us with their F.I. MIPS helmets and assigned us to find riders at our local tracks in need of a new, safer lid. We recently visited State Fair MX for a morning of riding when we noticed a guy on the Vet track riding in a 31-year old helmet, so we pulled him over, asked what helmet size he was, and gifted him an all new Z1R F.I MIPS helmet. He seemed pretty stoked about his new lid, press play and watch for yourself!
