We’re just over a week away from the start of the 2020 Monster Energy Supercross Series, a seventeen-round tour that will take place at stadiums around the United States from the first weekend in January all the way to early May. Hype and expectations are high for the upcoming season, and with past champions and race winners filling the entry lists in both the 250 and 450 classes, it’s hard to pick a favorite from the field.

Teams and riders have filed their pre-race entry forms with the AMA and the officiating body of the series has updated their website with new names over the last few days, which we’ve typed out below.

The keyword to keep in mind here is “provisional,” especially in the 250 class. Defending 250 West Coast champion Dylan Ferrandis is absent from the sheet, even though all signs point to him running the 1W at Anaheim One, while his Monster Energy/Star Racing/Yamaha teammate Colt Nichols is on the list, despite the fact that he’s on the mend from a shoulder injury and has publically said he will race the East Coast. The entire Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki team is missing, too, so there are still some details that need to be sorted out between now and next Saturday.

There will be plenty of additions to this list over the next few days, so check back for a more complete list as we inch closer to A1…

UPDATE DECEMBER 27: The AMA has added a number of new names to the provisional entry list for Anaheim One, including Dylan Ferrandis, Christian Craig, Jordon Smith, Martin Davalos, and Adam Enticknap, all of which have been added below…

UPDATE DECEMBER 29: More entries, including Pro Circuit’s Cameron McAdoo, have filed in and been added over the weekend. Like we said above, this list will see changes all the way up to Friday because more names will be added and others (Colt Nichols for example) will be removed.

UPDATE DECEMBER 31: Mitchell Oldenburg, Deven Raper, and a few others have been added, but still missing from the list are Rocky Mountain ATV-MC/WPS/KTM teammates Justin Bogle and Blake Baggett. They’ll come between now and Friday…

UPDATE JANUARY 1: The AMA is working on New Years Day, as a handful of names have been added to the entry list, including Austin Forkner in the 250 class (we’ve been told that Forkner is ready to race the West Coast, so he should be one of the two Pro Circuit riders at A1), plus Justin Bogle, Blake Baggett, and Chris Blose in the 450 class.

Please put the state, that the rider comes from, by their name. It would help with picking a favorite rider or cheering for a rider from the viewer’s home state
