CHECK OUT OUR COMPLETE COVERAGE OF THE 2022 WASHOUGAL MOTOCROSS

It was an excellent day of racing at the 2022 Washougal Motocross, round eight of the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship.

The 250 Class action saw Hunter Lawrence and Justin Cooper claim the checkered flags, while Jett Lawrence’s 2-2 finishes kept his overall streak going, After the action was done, we talked with Lawrence and Cooper about their podium results, plus Jo Shimoda, Max Vohland, Seth Hammaker, Joshua Varize, and Derek Kelley about the day in the shadows of the trees.

The 450 Class, meanwhile, was highlighted by Eli Tomac and Chase Sexton doing battle through almost every lap of the afternoon, a pair of duels that tied the rider’s on points but earned Sexton the overall win. We got time with title rivals, plus a chance to hear from Joey Savatgy, Marshal Weltin, and Ryan Dungey about their race in Washington State.
